The Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF) Meditation Group Vienna was founded in 1969 for the purpose of promoting the spiritual growth of members and guests through group meditation and a spiritual community.  Our group is located in the city center, in the 8th district, called "Josefstadt".

The meditation group includes members and friends of Self-Realization Fellowship, a worldwide nonprofit organization, that was founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda (author of Autobiography of a Yogi). Services, meditations and spiritual celebrations are held regularly in the peaceful environment of our group rooms.

We welcome followers of all religions to benefit from the spiritual teachings and meditation techniques, as yoga is based on practice and experience and not on adherence to certain beliefs.​
